Hamish – The Lawn-Mowing Highland Cow

Meet Hamish – part Highland cow, part gardener and apparently the only member of the household who can be trusted to keep the lawn under control.

Dressed for a hard day's work in his green dungarees, country shirt and jaunty straw hat, Hamish is pushing his bright red lawnmower with the sort of determination usually reserved for someone who's just noticed the neighbours' grass is shorter than his.

Crafted from resin with wonderfully characterful detailing, this quirky ornament captures everything we love about a Highland cow – the shaggy coat, fabulous horns and slightly unimpressed expression – before giving him a completely ridiculous gardening job.

Standing 23cm tall, he's a brilliant size for a shelf, windowsill, conservatory, potting shed or garden room, and makes a particularly fun addition amongst plants and other countryside-inspired accessories.

Hamish would also make a fabulous gift for Highland cow lovers, gardeners, farmers or anyone notoriously obsessed with their lawn.

Because apparently even Highland cows have weekend chores.

Hat on. Mower out. Grass doesn't stand a chance.
