At The White Lotus Boutique, we offer FREE delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses — with no minimum spend.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is generally 3–5 working days from order.

Some of our larger, heavier or more unusual items require a dedicated delivery service. These items may take a little longer to arrive, and we’ll provide delivery information where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

UK Offshore & Remote Deliveries

Additional delivery charges apply to certain offshore and remote areas of the UK, including:

• Northern Ireland

• Scottish Highlands and Islands

• Isle of Wight

• Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• Other UK offshore addresses

If an additional delivery charge applies to your order, we will let you know.

Due to their size, weight or specialist delivery requirements, some larger items cannot be delivered to offshore or remote addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver a particular item to your address, please contact us before ordering at hello@thewhitelotus.uk.

International Delivery

We are currently focused on deliveries within the UK, but The White Lotus is going international!

Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out delivery to selected addresses across Europe, the United States and Australia.
